I get an error message because of an incorrect name.
If the name in the booking details and on your test or vaccination certificate do not match, you will see an error message. The name in the booking and on the health documents must match so that the service recognise it is valid. When the names on the document do not match exactly and you have all needed documents you can take them with you to the airport and get them checked at the airport. You can view the travel requirements for your destination by clicking on the Travel Requirements section of the summary screen.
