There is problem with my vaccination certificate, what does this mean?
Vaccination rules vary from country to country. Each country has it´s own criteria for which vaccines are accepted, number of doses required, the length of time since a dose was administered etc. If you have received an error message about your vaccination certificate, then it means you don’t meet your destinations requirements for being vaccinated.
Most commonly this means that either:
- You have been vaccinated with a vaccine that is not approved by your destination.
- The number of doses you have received is not enough, or you require a booster.
- Not enough time has passed since your last dose.
- Too long a time has passed since your last dose, and you may require a booster shot.
- You may still be able to travel even without a valid vaccination certificate. Many destinations allow passengers to travel if they hold a negative COVID test.
You can view the travel requirements for your destination by clicking on the Travel Requirements section of the summary screen of the TUI fly online check-in page. Please make sure you meet the requirements of your destination. You are responsible to ensure you meet the vaccination or testing rules.
