What should I do if I have problems uploading or get an error message?
When you receive the results of your health document check, if there are any problems with your health documents, you will see a message explaining what the error is.
If you have received an error message about your vaccination certificate or your test certificate, then it means you don’t meet your destinations requirements for being vaccinated or tested.
You can view the travel requirements for your destination by clicking on the Travel Requirements section of the summary screen of the TUI fly online check-in page.
Please make sure you meet the requirements of your destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have all needed health certificates to prove you meet the entry requirements of country you are traveling, too.
When you meet all entry requirements you can also have your health documents checked at the airport.
